Daisuke Emori

Professional background/Areas of support, etc.

  • After graduating from the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering at the University of Yamanashi, Daisuke joined Shinano Kenshi as a hardware engineer for Compact Disk-Recordable drives (Plextor brand).
  • He then changed from engineer to sales and gained experience selling vehicle accident recorders and electric motors
  • Following five years at our American sales company, Daisuke returned to Japan in March 2018 where he is responsible for new business development

Uncertainty comes hand in hand with creating something new. My aim is to work together with you to come up with new designs for “motion”. I also believe we can provide advice on questions you have in relation to mass production based on our experience mass producing our products and products for our customers. Yukihiro Kaneko

Professional background/Areas of support, etc.

  • After graduating with a Masters’ degree in chemistry from Tohoku University, Yukihiro worked on the development and improvement of home cleaning products at Kao Corporation.
  • After leaving Kao, Yukihiro obtained an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management before joining Shinano Kensh
  • After working as project manager for automotive parts, Yukihiro is now responsible for new business development. Director

Hiroaki Usui

Professional background/Areas of support, etc.

  • Hiroaki joined Shinano Kenshi after completing a degree in Mechanical System Engineering at Shinshu University.
  • Responsible for new motor development, primarily for the R&D department, he is also working on the development of rotation angle sensors and micropumps.
  • Following a secondment to our company in China in the design department in 2011, Hiroaki has served as Development Technology Division, Motor Technology Development Department Manager since 2015.
